Platinum Preferred Plan
The very rapid pace of technological change along with unprecedented
changes in business and organizations has rendered traditional
methods of acquisition such as purchase or lease obsolete.
Quite simply, the likelihood of the same system effectively
meeting a customer's needs for 5 years in today's dynamic
environment is very slim. Leasing and purchasing do not provide
much needed flexibility to make changes without severe financial
penalties. They do not provide accountability in the event
a product is not performing to the customer’s standards.
Our Platinum Agreement provides these key advantages.
The ComDoc Platinum Preferred Plan includes
the following:
- Help Desk Advantage: When you call for
service, you will have the option of speaking to a qualified
engineer fluent in your system, connectivity networks, and
knowledgeable about your specific network operating system.
- Maintenance Advantage: Full maintenance
by authorized engineers which covers all equipment included
in this agreement. All parts, photoconductors, labor, developer
for emergency and preventative maintenance calls are covered
at no additional charge during standard hours.
- Inflation Protection Advantage: We will
work hard to ensure our costs stay down so that we can maintain
your costs without any increases. To provide added protection,
we will place a top stop of 5% maximum annual escalation.
However, in the event you request changes in the minimum
quantities stated in this Agreement, the pricing adjustments
that result from such changes may vary depending upon our
costs and other factors.
- Response Time Advantage: A field engineer
will phone you within one hour of placing a call. Average
in-person response time will be within 4 hours.
- Parts Advantage: Each system uses thousands
of parts. We are Ricoh's largest independent dealer in the
United States; and as such, we stock more parts to minimize
the likelihood of having to return a second time.
- Technology Advantage: Should technology
or your business needs change, you may change the equipment
configuration within this plan. Your new rate will be based
upon a combination of net asset value remaining in place,
new volume, new term of agreement, and prevailing market
prices. Any changes to this agreement will result in a new
document which will be signed by both parties indicating
their agreement to any change.
- Flexibility Advantage: Should your volume
change dramatically, we can vary the cost per page and your
monthly minimum charge. The new rate will be based on a
combination of net asset value remaining in place, new volume,
new term of agreement, and prevailing market prices. Any
changes to this agreement will result in a new document
which will be signed by both parties indicating their agreement
to any change.
- Supply Advantage: Our Agreement covers
all toner/ink required to operate the equipment covered
by this Agreement at no additional charge. We even absorb
the freight charge to get the supplies to you! Our professional
supply department will be available to assist with replenishing
these supplies and to offer you preferred customer pricing
on other supply items.
- Accountability Advantage: Should you
experience more than three (3) emergency service calls per
month for three (3) consecutive months (preventative, operator
error, or volume-related issues excluded), we will replace
the system at your option with one with comparable features.
Customer will provide thirty (30) days written notice to
Branch Manager of any failure. ComDoc will have thirty (30)
days to correct the problem. If we fail to correct the problem
or replace the equipment, then you may cancel this agreement
with no further obligations after return of the equipment
and payment of all invoices through the date of removal
and final meter reconciliation. This Agreement is non-cancelable
for any other reason.
- Platinum Preferred Status: As a preferred
customer, you are eligible for discounts on other ComDoc-provided
services such as Network Support, Technical Education and
many other offerings.
- Employee-Owned Advantage: All ComDoc
employees you interface with will be partners in our business.
