COMDOC BECOMES 100 PERCENT EMPLOYEE-OWNED

Sale of remaining shares to ESOP further strengthens ‘culture of ownership’

GREEN, Ohio – January 8, 2007 – Furthering the “culture of ownership” that drives its success as one of the leading independent providers of document management solutions, ComDoc, Inc. announced today the completion of a transaction that makes the company 100 percent employee-owned.

The transition in ownership achieves the long-term goal of founder Walter G. Griffith and his family to get more ownership into the hands of ComDoc’s employees. Previously, employees owned 42 percent of the company under an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) established in 1985; the sale transfers the remaining 58 percent to the ESOP.

Griffith founded ComDoc in Akron in 1955 as a business equipment sales/service organization.
